Description
This course is not about learning how to communicate better.
It is not a checklist of scripts, a guide to conflict resolution, or a tutorial on saying the right thing. It will not ask you to manage your partner’s emotions or pretend that being vulnerable feels safe. What it will ask you to do is considerably more honest.
It will ask you to drop the armor you built to survive.
Five video lessons. One core shift. Moving from emotional self-defense inward —
through the fear of being truly seen, past the instinct to pull away or attack,
into the quiet, radical courage of allowing yourself to be known.
Defensiveness protects you from pain, but it also isolates you from love. That is the trade-off.
What you are building here is not weakness — it is capacity.
And real intimacy, unlike protection, requires standing unarmoured.
